EMERGENCY PROCEDURE - CALL OUT SERVICE

CHESHUNT GROUP LIMITED offers a 24-hour Call Out Service for owners and occupiers of office and commercial properties. In the event of an emergency we will assess the problem, take the appropriate action and dispatch the trades to site within 4 hours.

Procedure:-
1) When contact is made either via the mobile or head office clearly state:

  • The Source of the Problem
  • Damage Caused
  • Action Required

2) When the call has been received the client will be informed of action to be taken, by whom and the estimated time of arrival.

3) A worksheet will be completed listing all the work involved, labour and material. The client will be advised of the job reference number.

4) The client will be asked to sign the work sheet on completion of the work. A copy of the work sheet will be sent to the client with the invoice.
