QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Cheshunt Group Limited has been in existence in the contract cleaning industry since 1968, and has a reputation for the quality and reliability of our services. Cheshunt are a progressive company and our services incorporate the latest technological developments. The company handles contracts throughout the whole of Great Britain, from its offices based in Sidcup.

Cheshunt Group Limited is concerned with enhancing the urban environment by providing quality services, this it delivers through the following areas

  • Commercial contract and associated cleaning services

  • Retail contract and associated cleaning services

  • Graffiti removal

  • Stone cleaning and restoration

Within these sectors Cheshunt Group Limited has developed an enviable reputation for reliability of service, quality and value for money.

It is the policy of Cheshunt Group Limited and its staff to provide services that conform to their requirements of our customers, and to deliver them on time and with no defects. Cheshunt Group Limited is fully committed to achieving the high standard of personal and corporate excellence required, to make this policy a reality.

The responsibility for quality lies with everyone in the company including the Chief Executive, Directors, Managers and staff.

When the customers requirements have been clearly established it is up to each and every person in the company to ensure that his or her obligations to meet the customers requirements are complete. It is also necessary for each and every person in the company to verify that work is completed correctly.

To give our customers that extra assurance, the Quality Systems Manager is charged with the duty of managing the quality system which enables the company to provide a standard of excellence to our customers, by producing the evidence that this has occurred and goes on continuously. To this end the Company will implement and maintain a Quality Management System that complies fully with the requirements of ISO 9002, and this system will be registered by a recognized independent third party registration body.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The company has always been committed to providing Quality Services to all of its Clients. As a consequence of this commitment, Cheshunt Group Limited saw the need for the third part certification to ISO9002 as an un-biased statement of its management organization. The Quality Systems and our management organization have been structured in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO9002 1994.

There are key areas in our Quality Manual, which enhances the levels of service delivered, and our ability to continually monitor and improve our performance.

Quality System
The quality system describes in detail, and specifies the executive management’s objectives, policies, organization and procedures that have been developed to ensure compliance with international quality standards.

However where inconsistencies exist between the requirements specified in contracts, and those called for in quality standards, the contract requirements shall prevail.

Contract Review
The procedure for contract review have been implemented in order to ensure, that on receipt of an enquiry or tender application. That all aspects of the contract conditions have been reviewed to ensure that it is within the company’s scope, to be able to undertake the work, without putting undue financial constraints on the group

Process Control
The quality of workmanship is achieved by training, written work instructions and, where applicable, comparison with representative standards.

Inspection & Testing
Cheshunt Group Limited have established and maintained documented procedures for inspection and testing activities, in order to verify that specified requirements are complied with.

Corrective & Preventive Actions
Cheshunt Group Limited has documented procedures for implementing corrective and preventive actions. The actions are taken wherever necessary to eliminate or reduce actual or potential nonconformities, with the delivery of the company’s services to its client base.

Document & Data Control
Cheshunt Group Limited has implemented procedures that control all document/data approval and issue, which relate to products, services and or quality management functions.

Product Identification & Traceability
Cheshunt Group Limited has implemented procedures, which ensure that all products or services are correctly identified from receipt, and during all stages of production, delivery and installation to Cheshunts client base.

Control of Company Records
Cheshunt Group Limited has established and implemented procedures for the control of quality records. Quality records are maintained to demonstrate conformance to specified contractual requirements. All quality records are available to clients for evaluation.
