Specialist cleaning services including on-site carpet and upholstery
maintenance. Specialist treatments such as anti-soiling, anti static
proofing and flame retarding. Plant curtain cleaning and maintenance.
c) Hi-Tech Cleaning Division
Specialist cleaning of hi-tech equipment and computer rooms.

Provided accounting, administration, sales and development to all
divisions and branches.
e) Emergency Service
We have a proven track record of supplying an effective emergency service
to our clients which has been tested on many occasions at all times of the
day and night. Our record stands at a 100% response and on all occasions
our client has been able to maintain uninterrupted trading the following
day.
Cheshunt Group Limited always ensures that the company never under
estimates the scale and complexity of contracts that are tendered for. In

is capable of providing exactly what the client requires, without putting
financial or operational constraints on the Group’s resources.
Cheshunt Group Limited, currently employs approximately 410 staff,
including head office personnel. The majority of staff are long serving
members of the company. Cheshunt Group Limited current staff turnover is
between 4% & 5%, which is amongst the lowest in the cleaning industry.
This is due to the fact that Cheshunt place great emphasis, on treating
all members of staff fairly, and with respect, in turn for their
dedication to the Group’s objectives. The group also pays enhanced wage
rates to operational staff, that are among the highest in the sector.
FLEXIBILITY
No two contracts are the same therefore Cheshunt Group Limited approaches
all new contracts with a pro-active approach, and willingness to provide a
tailor-made service geared to the clients requirements and not
Cheshunt’s perceptions of the clients needs. Cheshunt Group Limited
fully understands that although the company provides a necessary service,
it must not impinge with the day to day running of our clients’ business
activities.
PARTNERSHIP
Cheshunt operates an ‘open door’ approach to contracting. Cheshunt will
detail all related costs and state individual profit margins. It is
Cheshunt’s policy to review contracts with the client at the end of
the first quarter, and should it be possible to make agreed savings then
these will be passed onto the client. The Company will keep all records
relating to the contract for the duration, and make them available to our
clients for inspection at all times, in compliance with BS: EN: ISO 9002:
1994. Cheshunt Group Limited is not in the market place to derive
short-term profits, or asset strip contracts.
